What they need to understand is that motivation and pushing yourself is so important.  It&#039;s also important to team up with a trainer that you have a good relationship with and who will push you to achieve your goals.</description>

I actually had a client that wanted to take a phone call, put the phone &quot;ear to shoulder&quot; and then proceed with lat pull downs! Ah, my answer was, &quot;Oh, no, not on my time!&quot; Proper form and focus is the only way to progress and see results, not to mention, avoid injury.
